COVID-19 Update from Lauran

Hello

During the current climate with the COVID-19 infection, our first priority is to ensure that all of our clients remain healthy and that our staff are exposed to the lowest risks possible, in order to maintain providing a veterinary health service to our farms, yards, and smallholders. 

I am sure we all anticipate some challenging situations ahead, however, I would like to reassure you that we plan to remain operational for emergencies at this foreseeable time. 

There may be changes in our approach to non-urgent situations so that we can still provide care whilst remaining safe. As a result, initial consultations will be done over the telephone to establish if a visit is truly required. 

I hope you will all come on board with this "help each other mentality", to move forward positively and work together in keeping us all safe. 

We are following advice and guidelines from the British Veterinary Association the RCVS and DEFRA and we plan to keep you updated as situations change. 

At this present time, practice opening hours remain as normal. We will advise if this changes.
